Suggestion for Club Matters/Events Section

I would like to propose a format for the club matters/events section to make it neat and searchable.

Only Admin/Mods can start a topic.
Members are free to leave their comments in each topic.

Every organised event / meetup / gathering is a topic by itself.

Eg.
Meetup 21 Mar 2009 - 1 topic
Meetup 15 Mar 2009 - 1 topic

And the format of the title be fixed, so it has that neat feel to it. Maybe also a thread for members looking for kakis to do certain things together.

This is just a rough suggestion, as there is also many many fine tuning needed to make it look more pro like in a library.

I agree that different meetups should be separate topics to make it neater and easier to see. It'll be the same as all other forums which has been proven to be effective.
